The blatant lack of manners and understanding of Western Culture is appalling and offensive here. Staring at a person, man or woman is considered rude. We are all taught as children not to stare. In many cultures, staring is considered an act of aggression.
If you want to be scientific, then you would know that animals initiate aggression by staring. If you would like, we can shut you in a room with an animal and have you stare at it and you will find that the animal becomes aggressive.
Feminists have long addressed the issue of staring as an aggressive act on the part of a man turning the woman into a sex object.
If calling a woman an "ugly bitch" is a sign of freedom and respect, one begs to ask what society engenders this freedom.
More importantly, ask yourself this: would you feel comfortable with a man staring at your mother or sister for a prolonged period of time in a way that you stare at women? do they like it? Would you call them an "ugly bitch?"

This IS western culture. I would wouldn't make such a remark...that comment would come from one of your die hard custodian of an American culture. All these disrespectful terminologies are used against women in the American society that we don’t have the vocabulary for. Listen to your songs and watch your movies. Maybe you get an understanding of the western culture once and for all. Get real.
Do you know that more rape and/or women abuses whether physical or sexual, are committed in the western world than any other world? Staring is a rude behavior period; it doesn’t matter who does it. However, as a human weakness, we are all (regardless of gender or race) susceptible to it.
I have personally experienced being stared at every time I go out with my significant other (I am an oriental and she is an occidental) and I live in America. I abominate that behavior to its full extent. And by the same token, when we go to an ethnic food place from my region, my significant other gets the stares…she abhors that...but don’t we all; we are human for Pete sake.
