I just fail to understand, why people resort to disgusting sexual harassment and in most of the cases victims are women and at times men.
If one is interested in having a relationship with someone, there are dignified and acceptable ways but opting for harassment is mind boggling.
If one looks at the definition it says “Sexual Harassment is any unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature." however on the other side, flirtatiousness, hormones or sexual desire is not forms of harassment.
World is opening up, yet people want to fulfill their desires through unwelcoming sexual advances…simply disgusting.

The definition of sexual harrassment is starting to go overboard in the fact that a man is now too scared to pay a lady a genuine compliment for fear of being accused of harrassment. And whilst women are very quick to accuse of harrassment, lets not forget about all those women out there who come out with the 'sexual jokes' and 'comments' to their male colleagues and nothing is done about it. If a man complained, he would most of the time just be laughed at. But the truth is, there is no difference than if it were a man behaving in such a way to a woman! I have worked in many different environments and I am sorry to say that I have seen women who are worse than men!
Interesting observation....i guess only women can reply better on your perception..
I absoluteley agree with anonymous. i do have observed many women in corporate who either dont know what to say and how to say or they just think any explicit or sexual remark is "in".
Women themselves go over the board in terms of clothing, comunication etc and land up in receiving advances from the oppositte gender. I have been coming across males being harassed as well. So its vice versa. But i like the point being made in the last lines of blog.
