Sauna Temptation

This weekend i felt like experimenting a Finnish Sauna in a Finnish style.....but i am in Karachi:(

A sauna is a small room or house designed as a place to experience dry or wet heat sessions.A sauna session can be a social affair in which the participants disrobe and sit or recline in temperatures of over 80 °C and this induces relaxation and promotes sweating.

What i miss in Pakistani sauna, chilled glass of beer, in Finnish sauna culture, a beer afterwards is thought to be refreshing and relaxing.

At times few foreigners bring in beer and pour it on hot stones and stone releases the odor of the grain used to brew the beer. Awesome smell is mesmerizing. Comparatively, Japanese sauna have hot spring water surrounded by cloth free people.

At least at Paki sauna, we get eucalyptus, scent is so relaxing and a thirty minute in hot sauna is the best reward to the body after a hard working day.
